How to reduce share capital?

Hi Guys!

I have a small problem and I'm hoping that some of you guys will be able to help me. Some time ago I formed a company and instead of issueing 100 shares I ended up issueing 1100 shares. I want to know how I would go about reducing the share capital for the company?

Special Resolution requiring 75% vote of the membership
Statement of Solvency signed by all Directors
Form SH19 Statement of Share Capital
£10 duty fee
