How to get your products onto Google Base

I'm considering writing a step-by-step tutorial for the forum for webshop owners, on how to get your products listed onto Google Base.

Is this a subject that would interest the forum users?

I'll wager there are a number of people here who don't know about it, and would like to. I only found out about it in Jan.
Anyway, would you be restricting this to UKBF or using it as a tool, (via your blog or something), to raise your profile elsewhere: elsewhere I'm sure the knowledge would be even more gratefully received.

There's no WIKI facility on this forum (like there is on the zencart forum, for example) so I'll write it up in notepad first, then decide where it could be "housed". I feel it should be restricted to UKBF users, as that's where I've made the offer. Looks like a UKBF Blog could be a place to put it...
