it is ironic most wealthy conturies do need best quality safety products while Chinese locks is harder to broke.

Welcome to the forums, Dytakeshi. Can you tell us a little more about how you got into the car security business and how things have gone for you in the first two years?

Thanks for the welcome. Here's the story of how it all began........
It all started with I.C.E. My buddy and I were into the whole car audio stuff. We spent many saturdays afternoon in our cars, trying to setup a "perfect" car audio system. Until one day, my wife gave me an article on a certain aussie car enthusiast who died from co poisoning while working on his car audio. The article got us thinking hard. We didn't want to end up like the poor chap. So we went to do our research but we couldn't find any suitable co detector that can be fitted in the car. We decided to DIY one for our own use. It took us 9 months to design and produce an in-car carbon monoixde detector. (My buddy's an engineer!) We were quite pleased with the finished product. Family and friends persuaded us to mass produce. We partnered with a local manufacturer to help us with the production and the product is now sold in all major petro stations in Singapore.
The first two years was quite challenging for the both of us ( my biz partner) as we did not have any prior biz experience. Fortunately, we managed to tie up with a major local retailer and we have never looked back since. Right now, we have plans to promote our products internationally and hope to help others by sharing our experience with them in this forum.
