Hi, we are a two man team working as a subsidiary of Scotia Homes (property developers)
Scotia Homes now builds primarily mixed use development and Scotia Commercial exists to act as landlord for the high street office, retail and industrial spaces that are created.
We're always looking for high quality businesses that may be interested in operating in the Aberdeenshire area and we're happy to speak with start ups and go through business plans etc to give them the best possible start.
