Help naming food/catering business

Hi Guys,

I've also posted this over in the general biz forum, hope I'm ok posting it here too?...

I'm in the process of starting up a food delivery/catering company (doing sandwich/lunch rounds & corporate catering to start), there will be a strong emphasis on fresh, good for you, tasty food, made with love . I'm having trouble with the business name, I've come up with some ideas below but would really like some feedback e.g. your favourite/least favourite and any other suggestions?!

Balanced Bites

Or

Healthy Food Fast

I'd love to hear your thoughts on these two and maybe throw up another suggestion? I'd like to have 3 names when I go and do my market research with my potential customers

Balanced Bites is definitely one I would go for if I was setting up a business, it's catchy, it says what you are about and it is also unique which is always a bonus for any company

Another suggestion could be The Healthy Bites Shack, The Healthy Food Shack, The Healthy Shack.

Balanced Bites is OK. I would avoid the bytes spelling unless there is genuinely some computer related twist to your business.

Like others here I'd avoid the BYTES phrase since that is more of an IT related wording and, honestly, it seems a bit naff compared to the other. Balanced Bites is a good name!

Balanced Bites is good, but without the IT spelling which will just confuse. Whatever you choose make sure it's memorable and gives the right first impression. The perfect recipe for success is a good name combined with good branding.

Humour or a play on words can help your business stand out but the overriding aim is to make sure that whatever you choose is snappy, original and instantly informs the customer what the business does.

I'm with the majority and like the name 'balanced bites', although i do wonder if you use 'balanced' or 'healthy' it might put some people off. Maybe focusing on the fresh aspect
'Fresh bites' 'Fresh Hunger hitters'.

"Balanced Bites" does not float my boat at all!

For me, it conjures up something like bland "Weight Watchers" type food or some supermarket own brand of their heathy food range.

I eat healthily but I do not want to eat boring food. Balanced Bites sounds too boring / bland.

"Balanced Bites" is a logical name but has no emotion in it.

I would go for something like

"Bistro Direct" or you could use name with a tagline.

Bistro Direct
Tasty & Healthy Office Catering

Bistro has connotations of a French cafe and direct conveys the fact that the food is dispatched to you.
