Just to let you all know this lot are still at it. Had a call today from A Gary Fisher...well from somebody in his office.

Same tactic " he wants me to find an electrician who can udertake some work, he's not here at the moment but please call him on 01273 929270"

Did a google search (yes never trust anybody is my life rule) & first listing on Google was here, so thank you & well done.

By the way the 3rd listing on google of the phone number was to an advert on gumtree with adress listing & contact name

They are after some telesales peep's........anybody fancy applying?

It would appear this lot are now operating under the banner of AMT UK, (AMT.UK.COM) same tactics, call Gary fisher or Rob Jones, he's not in but I have the file here, looking for a tradesman in your area etc etc. The phone lines for BTD are now gone so please still be alert and keep well away from them.

A winding up order was made against Building Trades Database Limited on 11 October 2011 on a petition presented on 19 August 2011 by the Secretary Of State for Business Innovation & Skill following an investigation under the provisions of section 447 of the Companies Act 1985. The Official Receiver is liquidator.

Customers who paid by debit card, or who are unsuccessful in their attempt to obtain a refund from their credit card company, will have a claim in the liquidation. Any dividend to creditors will depend on assets realised.

Any creditors of the company should contact the Official Receiver’s office under
reference HC7372/2011 providing their name, address and amount owed along with any other information to substantiate their claim.
