Hi there, I'm looking for a site to operate a Car wash and valeting business at Open retail park,
Supermarket, Shopping centre, Multi-storey,Stand-alone, Fixed bay,Petrol stations.
Any advice or an offer welcome.

Approach the manager of any of those locations in your area that don't already have a car wash and ask if they're interested in renting you some space to operate one.

But first, have you considered how many existing car washing businesses already operate in the area and whether there is enough demand to sustain another one?

As above talk to the property owners / managers of likely sites within your area that would be of interest to you ..... what part of the country are you looking at
