I your business is expanded in US or you are targeting specific towns! Then thats a great offer! One of my client (selling electronic niche) is getting high rate conversion as most of them right targeted local clients.

From SEO point of view, You can get link back from high authority site. It has a positive impact on one of our targeted keyword!

As others have said in this thread Google Offers is in Beta and is only available in the US. The next best thing might be, albeit a completely different system, is to get your products appearing in Google Product Search of which you manage your product data feeds via Google Merchant Center in your Google Account.

I dont know why webmasters are still considering pagerank as an important SEO factor! This has been in history! now-a-days it has no value! Even if you build pagerank 7 site it doesnt improve you in SERPs!
