Getting my tel no listed by BT

a few customers have told us we are not listed in directory enquiries etc

Ive been trying to find out how to submit out business tel number but not having any luck

anyone know how to do this???

More to the point, are you on with a BT line, or have you gone through A.N.Other Phone company?

I'm fairly sure that the phone book actually only lists BT numbers, rather than ones through other companies - I could be epically wrong on that, but I think it's the case.

yes the line is a BT line but we went through a reseller as it was cheaper

Spoke to BT business today & they told me its best to go though bt.com but after spending ages looking I couldnt find it

My wife registered her business line with Talk Talk (is it Opel now?) and she is listed in the BT book and the online BT directory enquiries. It was fairly quick with the online setup, but the books come out infrequently
