Hello everyone,
On invitation to the forum, I was advised to do an introduction post. So here it is
I'm currently a landlord who's looking to maintain a portfolio plus becoming a sole trader ontop of that. I've come to the forum to meet like minded individuals and hopefully get some decent perspective and advice on a path that I haven't walked yet. Including financials and tax issues that I'm a little unclear on.
