GDPR - Can an individual ask you to delete all colleagues data?

Hello, a GDPR query I wonder if anyone can help with please. We have had a response to a B2B marketing email asking to remove their contact details AND the contact details of everyone at their company. Obviously happy to remove the individual's but do we need to/should we remove all their colleagues details? We are already in conversation with some people and others regularly sign up to attend events so I am thinking this would be hard but wanted to check before saying no. Any advice available would be much appreciated thank you.

How did you make contact with these individuals? If you initiated contact with a named person rather than a post within the company you may already be on dodgy ground.

Is the person who sent you the email a senior manager or director? If so it may well be in your best interest to sever connections.
