Forms/end of year self-ass/tax return?

Please can someone tell me what form I fill in to file earning for year 2015-2016?

I have a form called SA100 but isn't there another one?

Advice greatly appreciated.

I've just seen a form called 'Self-employed (short) called SA103S.

I take it this is it?

• If you file on line can you save it and then keep going back to it or do you have to do it all in one go?
• Also, do you have to register to fill in on line?
• If so, do you do it once and then that's it or do you have to register every single year?

You can come back to it.

Yes, you need to register for a gateway account.

Once you have registered, that is it. You just use the same log in details to file the new return.
