I got my first website sale today! An order for four of my bottles, so I'll be busy the next few days...

Sorry for telling you all like a giddy kid, just wanted to shout about it as I'm pretty excited! :D

Brilliant - you are allowed to be giddy with excitement. I had my first website order last month that actually came from someone that wasn't friends or family and I was bouncing off the walls :D

Make sure you make the best of it. Give amazing service, try to get referrals / testamonial etc from it.

Well done, hopefully this will be the 1st of many :) Great website by the way, looks cool. Do you do bespoke bottles, where people can choose what they want inside the bottle?

Make sure its not to indonesia!

I recall our first ever online order came through within minutes of our site going live - very exciting! - until we saw it was from indonesia with obviously bogus details.

Would also consider getting your own boxes made for the cards - at the moment the nerves of steel bottle/ photo advertises someone elses site from the card box. Would also be good for in 6 months time (or if it is a present) when they have forgotten where they got it from so that others admiring someones purchase can see where to go and buy them

PS.... selecting colour.... colour for what?

£59+ for a bottle with something inside?!!! I guess it is quirky and i've never seen it before but perhaps I am just a tight arse. :)

Have you thought about bespoke pieces. I have no idea how you make them but having a small picture frame with a family picture in it may be appealing.

Congratulations! It's a great feeling... I remember our first client. Like other have said, I danced around, much to the disgust of our teenage daughter.

Can I just offer a suggestion for a correction on your website. Both your 'Locked Up' and 'Nerves of Steel' products have text carried over from the Original...

Full, sealed deck in original cellophane
Cards visible through 'window' in box

You might want to remove it to avoid confusion.

Congratulations mate! It's a great feeling of success. I got mine about 3months ago but the best was that he was a repeating customer :D but great for you to share the news.

intrigue.

I think with the ship in the bottle concept, the ship goes in 'flat-packed' doesn't it then gets, sort of 'inflated,' (not the right term, I know), inside the bottle.
I can say that I am stumped with yours though.
False bottom, perhaps?

I know you probably will not tell us.:D

I am not going to quote myself.
But yeah someone has just told me how they are done. Yep you need tons of patience.

But they did not explain how someone can put a sealed bar of soap in a bottle.
My small brain is ticking over.

Nope, I won't ;)

But I can assure you the glass bottles are entirely normal. I don't tamper with them at all. Everything you see has gone in through the bottle necks...
