Hi everyone,
I'm currently researching some of the factors which impact upon performance and decision making at work as part of my MSc at Manchester Business School.
I'm taking into account a number of organisational practises as well as employee characteristics and would love to get some info from users of the forum. If you would like to help me out with this research, the link to my online survey is:
http://mbs.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_83cunSp28XBHnFP
It takes about 10 minutes to complete.
Hopefully I'll have some useful information to share with you once I've finished collecting data, and maybe some suggestions for organisational practises.
I don't want to post too much info about the type of employee decision making I'm looking at just yet because I don't want to bias people's responses to the survey but If you'd like any further info after you've completed it feel free to email me (my email address is at the end of the survey).
Thanks for your help with this and I look forward to discussing the findings with you.
In the meantime, does anyone have any thoughts on what characteristics of an employee or an organisation leads to good performance?
