Facebook Group - allow other contributors from my industry?

Hi all,

I have started a FB group - Small Business Website Help.

My aim is to use it as way to help people out, and of course to get my company out there in front of people. But I am currently facing a dilemma, and I can't decide which way to go.

My dilemma is this: should I encourage other web developers to contribute and offer help?

Below are the pros and cons as I see them.

Does anybody have any experience or advice that could help me to make a good decision in this regards? Thanks!


Pros:

• There will be less work for me to do
• Questions might get answered faster
• The group will have greater reach / get more members
• More activity overall

Cons:

• Might dilute my company's presence / influence
• I have less control over answers / content
• Some answers may be of a lower quality

How can you stop other developers posting in your group?

Is your group getting much interaction yet?

I wouldn't want to stop them as such, but I'm considering pro-actively asking them to join.

There's been a bit of interaction, not loads, but it's only a few days old. I would like to get more interaction between members.
