Exporting from China to sell worldwide

My wife lives in Taiwan, and suggested renting office space and a small warehouse in China to Export items manufactured in China, to sell worldwide.

Capital is reachable, motivation is high, and we do not have a language barrier. Have any members been successful exporting from China either onsite in China or from abroad? Thankyou.
