I'm considering changing our order processing, invoicing, and stock control software.
We currently use Orderwise for all this but I have a number of issues.
I need to move away from server-based systems and would like fully web-based as I want to shut down my Azure servers to cut out the costs associated with that.
I've been looking at Sage 200 standard which seems to do what we want and then Oracle's Netsuite seems to be another option as does MicroSoft dynamics.

I'm wedded to HubSpot for my CRM and marketing so don't need any of that I just need:

Accounting (although unless we use Sage I'll probably use Xero and integrate)
Order processing
Invoicing
Purchasing
Stock control

My issues with Orderwise other than the cost (which is hefty) is that they are pretty poor at integrations with other systems, it always takes ages and costs a fortune because they are a relatively small company and there is no community of third-party developers working with Orderwise. Unlike, for example, Sage which has many third party companies developing apps and integrations for Sage 200.

So, does anyone have any good experiences or bad experiences of Sage, Netsuite or Dynamics? Or is there a option I am missing?

Good Afternoon, I am going to come at this from a different angle. We create bespoke WMS for companies for processes such as Stock Control, Picking, Packing, Goods In/Out etc. and we can integrate with the vast majority of ERP systems - not experienced any issues with Orderwise for this although there is a reluctance on their part to be forthcoming with information etc. What I would say is, the worst ERP we have had to integrate with is one called Unleashed. The others you have mentioned, I am sure would do the job very well

Interesting. My big problem with Orderwise is exactly that they take an age to come back with half answers.

My 3PL business (not related to the project above) uses MintSoft and I have heard the guys grumble about Unleashed as well. Does your system compete with MintSoft then?

Hi, I guess we compete with any WMS offering out there. Difference being, ours is bespoke, and built to what the customer wants, rather than an off the shelf software where several aspects of it may not be used. We also tend to be much cheaper than the 'well known' offerings, and bill monthly, something our clients like.

Hi Ivan, you probably made up your mind already but if you didn't, I would suggest to move to Xero and integrate. You have very good options for what you are looking for.
You need a good system advisor to guide you through the integration process.
We are Sage200 to Xero Experts, we've seen so many businesses hoping to get what they need from a legacy software and ended up paying huge bucks and using none or using wrong all the features.
