Having an employee issue and ideally want to get a letter to her regarding an informal meeting this week but she is currently on holiday.

Am I allowed to post this to her home address for her or am I better off waiting for the return to work?

I don’t want to be seen as doing anything wrong and interrupting personal time.

Yes, why wouldn't you be allowed?

You're not interrupting her personal time as long as the meeting is scheduled for a date when she is expected to work.

The meeting was held this week and the letter is a follow up to confirm what was discussed.

We have emailed letters to her personal emails in the past and she kicked off about us doing that.

It’s a very volatile employee we are dealing with!!

Ah, the meeting took place already - sorry for the misunderstanding.

In that case I would wait until she is back in the office.
