I’m looking to branch my E-commerce business into the EU.
Our biggest market is Germany so makes senses to get a warehouse there.
We will use it for the following:
- Receiving and storing stock from China and stock transfers from our UK warehouse.
- Sending stock to Amazon EU for FBA.
- Receiving Amazon FBA returns.
- Fulfilling EU orders from a new German
website we will launch.
My question is what would be the best option, setting up a new EU company or keeping it under the existing UK company?
It would be much easier to do the latter but I’ve heard that most companies in the same boat as us are setting up new EU companies, so there must be benefits?
Has anyone here done anything similar to expand into the EU?
Thanks
Sam
