Dual price ( for items ) inventory/invoice software required

does any one know of a dual price option invoicing software? or something that can be altered? i need one that accounts for web and shop prices/sales

for example when i scan a product i need to tell the sofware if its a shop or internet sales....
can any one help or does any one have any ideas?
