Oh my word! I'm back! Does anyone remember me I wonder? It turns out the last time I was on here was in about 2018, when before that I was a real regular contributing every day.
Anyway, here's my question: Does anyone know if there are still firms that offer door-to-door sales work to those who have disabilities, or are out of work for other reasons (perhaps served time, or been through rehabilitation, etcetera)? They usually come round with a large bag of items to sell (tea-towels, handkerchiefs, gardening gloves... small items that are light to carry).
I am NOT looking for this, but it was a question raised in my town's group on Facebook after someone had had a cold caller purporting to be from one of these organisations, and it got me wondering if any still did.
