Do You Run An Affiliate Program?

Hi,

I am currently looking in to setting up an affiliate program.

If you run one for your site, do you have any creatives I can have a look at? Just looking for some ideas.

Also what sizes of banners would you suggest?

Also, bear in mind that at least one html email creative is always useful (many affiliates drive great volume through email), and provision of a voucher code and data feed should be made.
