Direct debit platforms

Our charity wants to collect donations by direct debit.

Go Cardless looks good - wondered if anyone has any experience.

And any alternative platforms?

We know about JustGiving etc. For various reasons they’re not ideal.

I have worked with GoCardless and it does what it says on the tin: The interface is clear and workable.

However, I don't know whether its us, GC or the banks... there appear to be a disproportionate number of incidents involving getting collections established from accounts with the 'new' banks.... eg Starling, Monzo etc.
I only work on the Customer Support side of things, and am not privy to the tech side, so I can't comment further on whether this is on our side, the customer side or the GC side.

been using GoCardless for years, no issues.
STRIPE also offer this, but its way more expensive.
