Designs for ARTech Tuning

Hi,
I am after a few quotes for a website.

Artech Tuning is a new company, providing tuning and preparation for the road and the track.

I already have a basic spec list for the website, which I can provide by PM.

The website has to be look dynamic and be attractive, which is why I want a real designer to work on this project. I use to work in IT and made websites myself so the technical side of things isn't a real problem to me. However I'd like empathise again on the design aspect of the site
It's an exciting project, as we have used a professional company to take some video footage we would like it to be integrated to the website.
