Hi, interesting website! I would personally use lighter colours and a more curved font like Montserrat, it is favoured with both B2C and B2B consumer bases. Make the website more approachable and user-friendly. Web development is about making the user experience as nice and seamless as possible. So aged-looking fonts and chopping colours from bright to dark might not enhance the user journey. Hope this helps!

Thanks @annabelleme for the feedback. We are in the process of putting online a new website. I would be interested in seeing your comments on that one so I will make a post when it's live!

I’ve just looked at your new site on my phone and have no idea what it is you do. The text on the hero image is all techno babble and means nothing to me. When I clicked to find out more I’m just taken to a contact button. And I still don’t know what you do.

I’ll do a full review later but you seem to have a page jammed full of visual features but little useful content.

Is it converting any better than the last site?

Get rid of the banner saying you have a new website - nobody cares.

The main menu doesn't have a 'services' or 'testimonials' option.

The 'Get Secure' button just goes to the contact page.

On the contact page the huge top section pushes the contact form below the fold.

The appointment link goes to a 404 page (sites that use calendly really annoy me).

Contact us now tries to connect to whatsapp - no good on my desktop

Why would I want to go to your linkedin page?

In the contact form you demand I give you my company name and use a business email. I might want to remain anonymous during the initial stages as I'm not get convinced you are a legit.

The site has nothing to tell me what you can do for me.

The about us page just has some pictures of random bloke doing some sort of powerpoint presentation.

If you want to market your services you need to tell us what they are. For all we know your sole service is to add 2FA to all my logins.

It's thin content in Google eyes, with very little on what you actually do, or how you can help. It falls into the trap many businesses make, it primarily talks about you and your business.

Customers and Google DO NOT care about you, they want to know what you can do for them, and how you solve their problems and address any pain points. If they want to read about you in detail, this should be on the About Us page.

All the site journeys are pointless, in that they aren't relevant to their calls to action (CTAs) and don't follow a logical path; e.g.
  • find out more takes you to a contact page, they will want to read more if they click on that
  • get secure takes you to the contact page, with no way to capture or communicate what they want
  • the next CTA takes them to LinkedIn, why?
  • the 3 services have no calls to action, they can't be booked or bought
  • the 3 services are not visible in detail or explained on the site

    Hello,

Everyone else raised good points and I will be repeating a lot.

To start I think your website design itself is good. Clean, easy to navigate. I think the blues of your banner work well. Not sure on the purple/of your logo. I believe it works but it could be better even using the blue of your Find Out More button.

Agree with others your new website banner adds nothing. Remove it but keep it ready to go for when you have value to add there such as a new partnership, new service, new big client etc. I would remove the 4 dots either side of the notice bar. They look out of place.

I think your banner content could be condensed/simplified. You are getting across what you do but it could be more to the point.

As others have said and I believe this to be the biggest issue with your website. It is not clear which services you provide and you are linking all call to actions to your contact page. So a user will figure out that you provide security, be sent to your contact page and then have to ask themselves or try and workout what specific services you provide. You need to re-focus your website, list your specific services, have CTAs that are specific to what the client wants. E.g linking to your contact page with pre-filled subject if a client clicks enquire about "website security". The button links to contact with the subject:

"I would like to speak about my website security"

    Body:

"please list your website here so we can analyse how we can assist you prior to calling you back".

Add a services page to your menu and list out specifically each service you provide along with packages . Each service could have a call to action working in the way I described above.

Workout your single goal of your website. The most important thing you want to achieve. For example lower down your homepage Get A Free Risk Assessment. I would be putting that on your homepage banner:

What We do (less bold button) | Get A Free Risk Assessment (bold button)

What we do linking to your services page which makes it very clear what you provide.

You have your packages lower down which is good but they don't link anywhere assist from the same non-targeted contact us page.

As mentioned your Book a slot on the contact page is linking to a 404 missing page. I would make all 3 of those buttons much smaller bringing focus to your contact page. I would also be tempted to reduce the size/height of your sub banner (Contact Us heading + background).

Your scroll animation is delayed for me. I am scrolling down the page and content is taking a couple of seconds to appear rather than appearing during scrolling.
