Fantastic , I know there have been similar threads before for Carl but I just had to post my thoughts.

I emailed Carl today and had a very rapid response, not only that he actually saved me money, simply because I was going to spend more money on a particular project and Carl informed me of another way of doing it.

So I would like to thank Carl for his help and great advice (Thank You Carl) and if anyone is in two minds about hosting for their site, look no further than CS New Media. Good, no in fact Great old fashioned customer service and great hosting packages and payment plans.
