Hi, I'm looking for advice on shipping items abroad. Do you guys know of a courier with competitive prices for shipping products to customers abroad? Does anyone have experience with shipping abroad?

it depends on how any parcels your shipping per week and where to but Parcelsplease.co.uk are the cheapest reseller I've seen around and of course there is parcel2go.

With any reseller I'd advise doing a little research before as customer service can be lacking in some companies.

Thanks for your reply. The problem is we are unsure of how many we would be sending each month as we have never shipped abroad before. It is only Europe we are planning on covering for shipping. We were looking for a company that we could set a contract up with but we have had a few price quotes and all are too expensive. We have had quotes from DHL, Parcelforce, and APC.

Try googling Freight forwarders rather than couriers...

I'm currently working with GBS freight - very professional.

We don't ship very many parcels, but when we do we generally use parcel2go.com because they seem to be pretty competitive on price. (They offer a prepay service that gives further discounts).

I don't know whether they provide the contract service that you require, but you could try them until you have established average monthly volumes etc.

(For us, they have always come in a fair bit cheaper than going to DHL or parcelforce direct)

Hi guys, thanks for your replies.

The weights are from 2kg up to 10kg. We may well be shipping heavier items in the future though. We are looking to ship to Europe only.
