Competitive shipping rates - advise

Hi everyone.

We had a really good rate negotiated (under NDA so I can't say who with) but the agreement has come to an end and the new rates are much higher.

We are averaging 110 orders a day, mostly under 1 KG and we want a decent service. But need a really good rate, ideally under £2 tracked for 1KG, max 48hour.

Any one any recommendations?

We currently offer a premium 24h domestic for under £3, I may be able to direct you to a lower cost 48h service
