Companies house Beta - Duedil

Duedil seem to have changed their set up now and free accounts can't see the People details. Shame as was a good site. But now with the Companies House Beta site, duedil is a bit redundant for me.

Anyway, can you see the shareholders split on a company. Eg can see say two directors fine, but how the company is split?

You can the look at the latest annual return to see the shareholding as at that date.

No, it isn't the abbreviated accounts. It is the annual return.

Nothing has changed - the people involved are listed under 'ownership' as always.

I must admit that since companies house launched their beta site I haven't even visited Duedil

It probably also explains why the likes of Experian and Creditsafe have become so desperate. In their selling

The only info missing from CH is CCJs. - we just work around that

I think Duedil changed their pricing just before Companies House Beta launched, trying to get people to sign up. Really glad I didn't, like you I've just not visited them since.

Companies House BETA is fantastic, however sometimes https://companycheck.co.uk is helpful too if you would like pie charts showing ownership etc.
