Depending where in essex you are try land commercial and strettons (they are fairly local to me - loughton / epping / woodford kinds of areas) you could also try ringing Brian Dadd - ther website doesnt work often but they are on yell.com - and they will send you some details of offices. All have been very helpful with me so far

land commercial only has one in chadwell heath no other commercial property

strettons is covering london, we're after essex way

Strettons had a shop in epping just a week ago, it must have gone quick, there is a shop in loughton high road that I noticed earlier that I think is with Brian Dadd

If you give them a call they will tell you anything they have or what they know is coming up and email you details, I found all 3 to be very helpful, although I still cant find what I want!!
