I have an opencart store, can any of these changes be done by myself?
I had a report done which has alerted a few errors with my sites SEO, such as;
H1 Header - you should only have one unique h1 header per page - you currently have two on the homepage
Aquarium wood specialistsMenu
You should have one with the main keywords, similar to the meta title - this is a very important element and should be updated asap.
Also the main header “aquarium wood…” that is currently hidden, i would have this visible on the page as google may consider you are trying to trick viewers/google, is generally much better practice to have it visible on the page as sometimes can be considered spammy.
You do also not use h2 headers correctly - they are currently

These also hold a lot of SEO weight so should be optimised for keywords and things you are trying to rank for. Currently they offer nothing to your SEO - they should be page sub headings for content and all should be unique across the pages. Here are ideal places for things like
“Manzanita wood perfect for weddings decoration”
“brighten up any aquarium with redeemer wood”
“authentic manzanita driftwood”
etc - these should then be supported by relevant paragraphs of text.
Same issue with the h1 on the internal pages - “menu” is present on all, this should be changed as it dilutes the power of the h1 on every page.
H2’s also unoptimised on all the internal pages - you are missing out on a lot of SEO weight here
No robots.txt file - this should be added to help google index site and remove admin pages
Non 404 error page - eg.
http://www.mrmanzanita.co.uk/erere
just redirects back to the homepage - 404 is for missing pages and broken links - this is a usability feature and something google checks for so should be added as soon as possible.
