I want to start a small business that sells car accessories at reasonable prices.
I've spent a few weeks in search for potential suppliers in China.

What I like to import :

1. Car Seat Covers (Seat Cover)
2. Steering wheel cover (Steering wheel Cover)
3. Rude klistemærker. (car stickers)

The holding me back is uncertainty about the legality is them. The three products have different designs / drawings on them, can it violate the rights of others? - WHAT to do

I hope to get some advice so I can get on with my plans.

Most of people would like to go into business nowadays. As beginners, they source different products from China for resale in their countries, as indeed cheap price is the main factor in overseas sourcing but why not establish your own brand - custom designed, custom-made items ?
You could really build your business gradually with custom-designed,custom-made items in a long way to make much more benefits than from normal products buy-and-sell mode.

I make custom made land rover winch bumpers. rock sliders. Light bars

Wish you success !

Hello

I am a non UK resident and I'm interested in formating a UK Limited Company.

The company will be a drop shipping retail e-shop with delivery service all over the world. The origin and the shipping of the products (that are listed in my e-shop) will be direct from china to my customers all over the world.

Payments will be received from my customers via paypal, and Chinese suppliers will be paid (from me) by credit card (Bank transfer).

I would like to ask you the following question:

When a payment is made to a Chinese supplier, will i need to receive an invoice (or it can be proved by business bank account transactions)? I ask this question because usually Chinese supplier avoid to give invoices.

I look forward for your answers

Do you have a Chinese partner yet?
I am working for a Chinese sourcing and logistics company in Shanghai.
Check our website carrying-china.com
We could help you source your business, however we are a big company so minimum order requirement applies. Small volume levels for exports are simply not profitable enough for us. If you willing to invest at least $5000 USD we might be able to help you. We have a good relationship with local suppliers and are able to offer reasonable prices. Inbox me for more info.
Regards,
Norbert
