West Yorkshire Lettings

Hi,

I have a few different business’ and need like the title suggests a virtual reception for one of them.

Please can you advise which companies are good, which are poor, what the expected costs are?

The level of calls will be very minimal and I only really need an email firing to me saying Joe Bloggs called regarding …… - Please can you call him back on……..

Officebird can do this for you. Pricing is easy. £5 set up fee. £5 per month (including first five calls and then £1.20 per call after that (not per minute).

Let me know if you'd like any more info:)

Dear Grant

Thanks for the enquiry.

We provide a 1-week free trial with no obligation.

The cost after this is dependent on the number of monthly calls. If you would like to PM or email me your email details I will happily send more details to you.

Thanks to the others for recommending me!

(Been dealing with calls so couldn't edit the above again within the time limit.)

We do not charge a set up fee and our packages start at as little as £25.00 per month. This entitles you to 20 free calls.

As I said above, if you would like to PM or email me your email address I will send you full details.

Hi Grant,
I work for the Made Simple Group, and more specifically, in the virtual office branch.
For 9:00 - 5:30 telephone answering have a look at www.londonpresence.com where you can get 30 calls answered a month for only £20 p/month.
If you need 24/7 telephone answering you can build your own package on www.thisisyouroffice.com.

Good luck with your search.

I can highly receommend Mosaic Virtual Office in Huddersfield.

Sarah and the team look after our needs (overflow calls) really well and they are very reasonably priced (think we pay about £25 a month)

Thanks,

Tried callings these guys a few times but they never picked up and i was diverted to an answering machine.. I rang at 9.03...

That's a great service (ahem)! A call answering service that still diverts to an answering machine at 9am. :eek: :|

Not to worry - more work for the rest of us who provide a top quality telephone answering service. :D

On several projects which attract low call volumes we use www.alldaypa.com. They offer 24/7 service and also have a pay-as-you-go (per minute), no monthly fees plan, which works well when we only get few calls per month and does wonders to filter out the unwanted sales calls.

Spoke to Emma today and she was very helpful.

I have spoke to 3 or 4 other suppliers today but these guys seemed the best will decide very soon, thanks for the lead..

How amenable are these virtual receptions to 'technical' talk? Eg. offering first line support to people, from scripts - just plugging customer details onto a webpage - nothing too complex but enough to get first stage remedies started before second line support would need involvement.

Also, any offer 24hr support ?

Some offer 24hr support (BananaOffice doesn't), many of us are happy to provide a more bespoke service. For example, one of our clients (a printing firm) asks us to:

  • Know the details of their special offers; weights of papers, delivery times, etc.;
  • Price lists for most of their products;
  • We have access to their admin system so we can let callers know what is happening with their order;
  • Our client has allowed us access to his payment software so we can take payment on his behalf;
  • We phone people back with answers when our client is busy;
  • Chase outstanding payments; etc...
Not all of these services are covered within our call answering package rates (for instance, us making calls on the client's behalf is an extra charge).

So at the end of the day it is really up to our client what they would like us to do and how technical we will get.
