Aha! Glad you got it. So, my guess as to the cause.......

...javascript has to be enabled?

I usually have it disabled but enabled it for your site. So could it be that other people are leaving it disabled?

Be aware: I might be completely wrong.... :-)

Hope you solve it, anyway

Cheers

I have JS enabled so looks like it's not that as I got the confirmation screen. Looks like the email is being generated but getting lost somewhere.

Simply to test whether your site's code uses javascript in any way. Because I normally have it disabled until I trust the site, many sites either have strange appearance or faulty functionality. When I enable javascript this goes away. It's possible that your site has been written using javascript in the same way...

I didn't test send a message with javascript disabled, otherwise I'd be more convinced that it was the culprit. I should have done, really. You could try it, or ask someone else on here....

Having just seen CaterTrade's message after posting my last, I'm inclined to agree it's not likely to be js...as it was enabled for the message from CaterTrade.

Most people have javascript enabled on their browsers. You form does use javascript so I'll quickly have a glance at the coding.

Edit: There's nothing in the javascript coding to suggest it didn't like my message.

You're using a php page in the contact form. Get that checked out, see where it is set up to post messages to, and that the PHP code is correct and all the PHP permissions on your server are correct.

Get your hosting co to do all this :-)
