call center assisance or self calling?

hello friends as i generate leads for UK & US clients i was just wondering what would be better generating leads with the help of call centers or performing calling work itself. i mean should i outsource a campaign to the call center to generate leads or hire employees for calling work?

Outsourcing a project is always such an attractive option due to the financial outlay you will no longer have to fork out as if you had your own staff.

People outsource to;

Save money on expensive internal over-heads
Offset risk
To tap into existing technology, expertise and staffing outside of your organisation
Increase productivity
and much more.

There are concerns over outsourcing such as losing an element of control, however measures can be taken to prevent this happening.

I deal exlusively in outsource projects on CPA deals or hourly rates and my position is to ensure that campaigns are not only delivered in a timely fashion, but also to ensure that everyone achieves their target cost per aquisition and ROI.
