Hello all,
I am launching a new business in the UK which represents another company from a foreign country. However they offer a diverse set of clothing products which all have amazing designs and patterns, BUT i think will look too general if i sell all of them here in the UK. By the market research i have done, it is much better to focus on one type of clothing or style, and be specialist.
The following is what i have to work with:
1) Special children's shoes (very unique)
2) Children's booties
3) Children and Adult Cashmere, Yak and/or Wool socks, scarves, gloves, hats, clothes etc.
4) Men & Women's leather wallet, handbags and belts.
So in general, i have a trade off to make. Either focus on the different styles, or different materials, or group them all together and focus on the country of origin. If i have them all under one name, or whether they are all deserving of their own brand because each on their own is special. If i put them all together in one brand, then i feel each one will lose its unique appeal and it will just feel like i am importing general things from a specific country... but in reality i have chosen to represent these types of clothes each on their merit.
Such a dilemma how to set this all up.
