What a complete TW*T !!!!

I have to say i did watch all of the 6 parts to this programme and got more and more embarrassed as it went on, who does this guy think he is, and to pose a question, is that how Americans perceive us all to be? I hope not, and i have not seen 2 kids look so unhappy for a long time ! As funny as it was, you seriously can't go round calling people 'Dumb red-knecks' on national TV without losing a limb or 2 !
