Best Company formation agent

Hi,

we would like to use formation agent to set up a Company in UK.

I can see on gov.uk page that there are many options. I was hoping if anone does have any recommendation with good reference which one to use?

Agree. You don't need a formation agent.

We are setting up the Company from abroad, so using a formation agend would be easier for us to prevent any errors/ommissions in the process...

It really is super easy to do yourself. https://www.gov.uk/register-a-company-online

But if you feel more comfortable asking someone else to do it then certainly use a formation company.

Not for registering a company but you may have difficulty opening up a bank account without a UK resident as a director
