Hi allI started a marketing/brand agency at the beginning of this year and it's gone OK. I feel like I have exhausted my network now and need to open new doors

Does anybody know any good Business Development people with capacity to help me grow. We are cash strapped so unlikely to be able to offer a salary at the outset but would be willing to offer a VERY healthy profit share for the right person bringing in the right clients where we can build more case studies. Based on performance this could definitely move to salary plus commissions.

I'm confused you run a marketing/branding agency but don't know how to market your company .

Why would any potential client want to use your services if you don't even know how to market your own agency ?
