BACS Provider

Good afternoon,

Following on from a previous thread of mine, we're in the process of bringing our payroll back in house.

Net pay is processed by BACS, our banking provider has an online facility to import BACS files, but it's too simplistic and can't handle more than 500 lines - meaning we'd be making three uploads, not to mention the approval mechanism isn't fit for purpose for large payments.

Can anyone recommend a third party BACS software? I've had a brief look at AccessPay and Paygate, but would appreciate any insights.

Bottomline Technologies offer automation and allows you to process high volume transactions efficiently.

Bankstream can support large payroll files and integrates well with various accounting systems.

Eazycollect has bulk upload options and efficient processes for approval and reconciliation.

Also bear in mind the costs for each option when deciding on the most suitable option for your business.
