Automated VAT Invoices for Amazon

Hi,

We are registered for VAT in multiple EU countries and are now in a position where we spend a lot of time manually creating VAT invoices. Does anyone use any automation software that can handle multiple VAT registrations and can automatically email out our VAT invoices?
