It seems that AT&T users are not able to access our web site for some reason. www.amphis-software.com

(if anyone using AT&T can confirm that, it would be really useful).

our client who told us this has been talking to AT&T and they apparently say it's a problem at our ISPs end.

our ISP says it's a problem at AT&Ts end.

our client did a tracert and didn't get near our ISP's servers in London. AT&T apparently did a test on network-tools.com and got as far as London but didn't reach our ISP's servers.

since we are receiving traffic from all over the world it would suggest to me that it isn't a problem at our ISP's end. any thoughts appreciated.

Sounds like a problem with a router along the way. This has happened to us before a client in spain not being able to access any sites on our ISP. After a couple of days it started working again.

Very difficult to blame anyone when its a piece of kit along the way.

This is what happened to ebay the other day a router went down caused major problems

It will be related to this post, basically their are too many "routes" on the internet (broke past 512,000) and some routers (in hosts and ISP's) need upgrading to allow them to use bigger numbers of routes.

It will affect a small minority of people (eBay were) and should be sorted pretty quickly
