Apple update! Round in circles

Trying to update my mid 2012 mac this morning to a new version of the os x.

I am running 10.8.5

I cant update to a new OS X because apple says I need to update my billing information in the itune store.

Like Mark said just login at apple.com in your browser.

thanks guys managed to login and download an older version. everything working great now. Now time to sort a crm.
