Dear all,
Can anyone help - last night my laptop had an update which totally screwed it up.
Currently I'm stuck in a circle which is a blue screen start asking me to pick a keyboard country (UK) then gives the 'Advance Options' Starting with Start Up Repair and Command options etc., non of the work, it always says it's unable to find files or unable to start. I've tried a couple of C prompts but nothings working, I keep going round in circles. Has anyone experienced similar with one of these updates and if so, can you give advice on how I can break the loop please.
Any help much appreciated, otherwise I'll have to bin the old, but much loved laptop.
P.S. it's running windows 10, unable to updated to 11
