Identifying niches, and making money has shrinked with a lot of communication. I am interesting in partnering with someone with a solid idea, or a service that i can do SEO for.

The tough problem you have is that many wont want to 'partner up' or give away an equity stake for a service they can easily source out/buy in at very low cost. Infact the very thought of giving away part of a company for what is a fairly simple task such as SEO, sends up so many warning signals, it drives me nuts.
