Anybody growing microgreens?

I've been watching a few videos this morning.

Looks like you really need a lot of time on your hands and spend a lot on equipment to do it.

I think I'll just stick to courgettes, peppers, tomatoes, etc.

I was thinking more for just personal, hobby really.

judging by the videos though it looks like a lot of work for very little
Basically just like how we used to grow cress as kids.

I got some friends really into growing their own sensimilla, seriously, it's not my thing I don't like getting stoned, they use hydroponics, splice different plants together, a proper hobby.

Reminds me of the time I was looking for premises in London. An estate agent took me to a basement in Queensway which was a Bean sprout farm. Scores of plastic dustbins and loads of running water. There were about 20 people working down there. A bit unsuitable for a photo studio.

I have never been successful at growing anything.
