I am in the process of setting up a branded Amazon store, have IPO trademark underway, the amazon brand registry underway... In the process of setting up the store... added the business bank cards and then hit a a wall... It's saying there is a problem with charge methods (meaning the bank cards).

I am at a loss... I spent 4 hours on live chat only to realise it was an Ai bot that had abslutely zero intelligence! There is no phone number or contact to anyone to help you out. I have asked on various FB Amazon pages, a few amazon seller forums (one of them even trying advise me to buy ****** on a ****** credit card and use that card!), nothing I try works...

I only have one business card, and it's with Natwest... I did find an email to Amazon, ot at least I am sure it was, and they said I need to call the bank and get a voice confirmation or something, I called Natwest and they said it's bank policy and I won't be able to use this card, and they would not tell me why..

The thing is it's not even simple to swap card... There are 15 or so marketplaces (sweden, france, uk, spain etc etc) and I have to manullay swap the card one by one and to do all marketplaces it takes close to 30-40 minutes with no promise of working and I have no more cards to try... I tried my personal card to see if it works but no.. It's a real mess! I just want to get going on Amazon now..

Is there anyone out there who can help?
I cannot believe this is how Amazon treats the people who are trying to make them money! It makes no sesne!

Is Amazon even worth it truly?!

Lol - welcome to the world of Amazon, I ask myself every day how does a business this big get away with such utter shite client support.

If its not a bot dealing with you it will be some clueless international that will a) want you to snap shot the pages with the issue and b) drain the life out of you whilst they review and do nothing as they lack experience and will ultimately pass it onto someone else by email and then c) you will get canned answers back by email quickly followed by a case closed email we have resolved your request

You couldn't make it up, they really are awful - when it works it works but for any support just forget it

Have a look at the addresses. The registered card address needs to be exactly the same as the one liIsted in your Amazon account - to the letter.
It is... The problem is there are 4 address now in the address field and I can't remove any of them.... And when I add a new one it seems to revert to the wrong address every time, and I am just adding more and more address... it's not working!
    Any ideas?

You don't state if your business card is a credit card or a debit card. If the latter, then it will not work. You can only use a credit card.
    Amazon only accept credit cards?

This link seems to suggest debit is fine? Via Amazon's own words...

Where did you get only debit card from??\

An often discussed topic on the old Seller Forums. Despite the FAQs stating that you can use a debit card, in reality you can not.

Know this from experience too-tried multiple times with a business debit card issued by NatWest and each time it failed to work. First time trying with a credit card and it goes through without issue.

Not true actually. When it comes to the card (whether for charging fees or advertising) it can be any card, business or personal. The address can be anything.

In theory you can use debit cards (and Amazon states this) but in practise, it is better to use a credit card. For Amazon to be able to take money from a debit card, there usually needs to be money in the account, which is out of amazons' control.

Yes - debit cards need money in the account for Amazon to be able to charge you so they are often problematic. I've seen the odd client get one through but the vast majority of problems are caused by trying to use debit cards.
