Glen is spot on. Different types of comedy are not to everyone's taste. I quite like them, and I can clearly see the parody in the videos, so to me, it does work.

If it's intended as a parody though, then that's what it is, whether you find it funny or not. No one can decide that it suddenly isn't a parody, and then ridicule the video for not providing any useful information. It's like deciding that Friends is a drama and then ridiculing it for not having enough serious moments.

OK I get it now :D

I think perhaps reading the website helped in my understanding.

I am willing to accept it is my own stupidity that blinded me but prefer the explanation that the whole thing is trying to hard and the message has been lost :D

i guess..if you really like sesame street and kids cartoons then it will work a treat.

unfortunately, i think it's dreadful and a marketing car crash.

drop it like a red hot potato and move on to something a little more sophisticated.

my 'opinion' is FACT! for I am god.

nobody else is allowed an opinion, this is the UK Business Forums. The number of post counts relates to the size of your willy...apparently.

I will try to post up some examples of better promotional/marketing videos when I get an opportunity tonight.

I wouldn't waste your time, there is far better, there is far worse plus it's easy to find fault or not like anything. Also I don't know how you can carte blanch say "better" but maybe that's just the pedant in me.

As has been said earlier, its subjective. You don't like it cool, that's fair enough. But you aren't speaking for everyone.

Subtle difference between going viral and being vile.

And I thought my business had just had a couple of quiet months, at least I didn't have to resort to this.

What I think CJD is asking for is a button, not unlike the thanks button, perhaps a "Yawn" button that could be clicked. It would then be visible on your profile.

Thanked 50 times in 25 posts.
Yawned at 200 times in 40 posts.

Would make people think twice about posting useless posts.

I have only just stumbled across this, so sorry if everyone is already bored to death.

Bearing in mind the bloke talks about "parodee", so any claims against him and he can just say "it was a parody-can't you take a joke ?"

Is he for real? Is the statement below from his webiste factually correct, or just another "Parodee"?

that last video was a bit better actually, not as nauseating, still shouty but i can understand thats the point of it.

well done on the video editing, quality of the video and animation though...very high end..i quite like..done in house?
