Heya all,

New here and wondering if there is anywhere we can go to get an impartial view on our website?

Were setting up a domiciliary care company, and got the website designed for free through a friend, and i think it looks great, but im probably not too impartial!!

Unfortunately, website reviews are only for full members.

But....

It's a wix site which isn't good and it's got a number of fundamental problems

Ohh... now you got me worried - think i might need to invest in membership sooner rather than later and get the websites MOT done!!

I don't want to break the rules here but couple of points that won't help your case are a mobile number on the site and no clear message about the benefits of using your service.

If you pay the £30+vat for membership then you will get a ton of useful feedback that will help your site bring in more customers.

Certainly worth the investment. :-)

What sort of advice would you have been looking for?

*Content & Structure
*Grammar and Readability
*Look and Feel
*Technical Structure
*Security
*Privacy
*Brand
*Search Engine Optimisation
*Relevance
*Usability
*Competitive Positioning

as you can see; there's a lot of areas for consideration. Maybe just these highlights will focus your attention a little and lead you to ask the questions which actually concern you the most?

Best of luck

A thorough analysis with your website will be one of the most important steps in improving your site and a site audit would do for the start up of optimization.
