It shows people carrying blankets along a muddy road then some guy in a studio giving out the football results.
I can only assume Swis got the wrong clip for us?

The blankets are presends given to the bride and carried to her new home. The commentator speaks his own points of views, not the views of the wedding party. He says shame shame shame on us and on Iraqi authority. He claims billions of dollars alocated to provide services and eliminate drawbacks like this but how can we see a situation like this.
Any way, this people are very happy. That is their life and their environment couldn't stop them enjoying the wedding occassion.

iirc some $12b was sent to Iraq from the US on pallets in the back of transport aircraft.
It was distributed to various Iraqi officials and government departments to be used for "infrastructure rebuilding programmes"

I think I recall that $3b went missing in transit between USA forces in the USA and USA forces in Iraq.

PKK have been fighting terrorism since 1980s. They are the best experts to handle terror and terrorism. They are ready to protect you. Arm them, give them air power, heavy weapons, lazer and radar controlled weapons and bombs, heavy machine guns and modern sniper weapons. There are are thousands of them, each one of them thirsty to take on ISIS. ISIS is a piece of cake for them if they have the right weapons.

At least you agree with me about PKK.
By the way, Since yesterday we have given a crushing defeat to ISIS. We have liberated 400sq mile land and broken the blockate around Singar mountain. It has a been a best score against ISIS so far.
Today ISIS put 13 of their high commanders infront of firing squad for failing to stand against us.
